Develop sales action plans and strategies to increase platform user base through creative means
· Developing a content campaign that drives traffic improves customer engagement on multiple channels - Website and Social Media.
· Generate leads through networking. Interaction though phone & email for business development.
· Creating Brand Awareness of the company and the clients on all the channels possible.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Research options and the best possible approach to new initiatives suggested by management, helping to establish a plan and process and procedure that yield the best possible end result.
· Serve as the primary point of contact with the external parties to secure new business, tie-ups and partnerships.
· Provide all timely update to the management where decision making is concerned and oversee all logistics and distribution functions.
· Business development - formulates & supervises marketing & sales plans, strategize new ideas to target monetizing.
· Prepare presentations and training material to train junior team members.
· Prepare quotations and collate data for accounting.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Master’s Degree with specializing in Marketing from a reputed institute in India
· Minimum 2 years working experience in e-commerce or digital media sales.
· Excellent communication skills with Fluency in English & Hindi
· Go-getter and ability to work under pressure who can deliver targets.
· Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
· Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
· Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
· Must have own data to target potential customers
